RISK MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES IN ORGANIZATIONS

In the contemporary dynamic economic environment, risk management has become a key element of strategic management in organizations. This article examines the essence of strategy and its role in achieving organizational goals, with a focus on the main risk management strategies.
Key approaches such as risk avoidance, loss prevention and control, and risk acceptance are analyzed. Methods for risk management and distribution, including reserving funds and risk transfer, are also examined.
The conclusion highlights the importance of an integrated approach to risk management as a prerequisite for achieving sustainable development and enhancing organizational competitiveness.
