NEW RISKS IN MODERN ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract

The topic of emerging risks is highly relevant, as rapid changes in society, technology, and the environment continuously generate new threats to individuals, organizations, and states. The management of emerging risks has become a key component of organizations' strategic management. Effective management of these risks requires a comprehensive, systematic, and proactive approach based on strategic planning, technological innovation, a strong organizational culture, and effective leadership. Organizations that invest in prevention, continuous improvement, and the enhancement of their risk management capabilities will be better prepared to address the challenges of the contemporary business environment and to ensure their long-term sustainability and competitiveness.

The aim of the present study is to analyze emerging risks in contemporary organizations and their impact on managerial processes and organizational resilience. The study seeks to emphasize the necessity of adopting modern risk management approaches based on prevention, adaptability, and strategic preparedness.

The subject of the study is the emerging risks faced by contemporary organizations. Particular emphasis is placed on the relationship between emerging risks and organizations' ability to develop resilient management models.

To achieve the stated aim, the following research objectives are established:

2. To analyze the limitations of traditional risk management approaches.

4. To formulate conclusions and recommendations for improving management practices.
