QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN THE SCHOOL EDUCATION SYSTEM

Abstract


Quality management in the school education system is a fundamental tool for achieving efficiency, trust and sustainable development. It requires not only a regulatory framework and institutional control, but also the commitment of all participants – the state, schools, teachers, parents and students. It is not a one-time process, but a continuous cycle of planning, implementation, evaluation and improvement of school activities.
