Abstract


Pedagogical specialists are the foundation of the education system and play a crucial role in building the personality, knowledge and values of adolescents. This paper aims to analyze the status, role and opportunities for professional development of teachers, principals and other pedagogical specialists. The consideration of this topic is extremely relevant, since the quality of education is directly dependent on the preparation, motivation and development of pedagogical specialists. Understanding their status and the prospects for professional improvement is a key condition for building an effective, modern and sustainable educational system.
