Abstract

This paper aims to examine personnel training as a strategic tool for the development of organizations. The theoretical foundations of training, the main forms and methods, its role in the modern business context, as well as its influence on employee motivation and retention are analyzed. Specific examples from practice are also presented, demonstrating the importance of systematic training for organizational success. Personnel training is considered not simply as a management function, but as a key factor for sustainability, innovation and organizational culture in the 21st century.
