Abstract

Analysis of the implementation of the VOMR approach in terms of the contribution to the implementation of the specific policies within the framework of the LEADER approach and the VOMR approach.

Nation-states are no longer the only frameworks for creating innovation processes, and social leadership is therefore given a special role. Local territories are a space of great importance and potential for working on different strategies for coexistence.

Social capital is an element deeply related to community life and socio-community education. When there is trust and reciprocity between the residents of a locality and its social leaders, social capital can be strengthened and renovated
