In the contemporary organizational environment, human capital has become a
primary source of competitive advantage and long-term sustainability. The knowledge, skills,
experience, and motivation of employees determine the effectiveness of organizational processes,
the quality of managerial decision-making, and organizations’ ability to adapt to changing market
conditions. Therefore, the management and development of human capital occupy a central position
in the strategies of modern organizations.
