Quality management of hospital services under ISO 9001: 2008 as an integral part of the International Organization Standartization series
Abstract
The International Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 aims to focus the attention of the management of the hospitals and the heads of their medical and non-medical structures to the improvement and sustainable development of the quality of the processes deriving from the subject of their activities.
