Abstract

The integration of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) into justice and legal systems has triggered a transformative shift in how legal processes are managed, accessed, and delivered. By addressing inefficiencies, increasing accessibility, and promoting fairness, ICTs are revolutionizing traditional judicial practices. This paper delves into the multidimensional impacts of ICTs, providing a detailed analysis of their role in improving judicial efficiency, democratizing access to legal services, and fostering transparency and fairness in decision-making. Challenges such as infrastructure gaps, cybersecurity risks, and algorithmic biases are also explored, with recommendations for ensuring equitable and sustainable implementation of ICTs.
