ANALYSIS OF THE BUDGET BALANCE CHANGES OF THE EU MEMBER COUNTRIES IN RECENT YEARS

The scientific article systematizes the main theoretical concepts of budget balance. The essence of the budget balance, the reasons for the occurrence of a budget deficit and the ways of its financing are presented. An analysis of the state of the budget balance and its dynamics in the EU member states during the period 2015-2021 has been carried out. Changes in the budget balance under the consolidated fiscal program of Bulgaria in recent years have been analyzed.References
