Abstract

The management of medical professionals is closely related to the ability of any health facility to provide effective health services. By overseeing key functions such as employee relations, payroll and recruiting, HR managers support a healthcare facility's primary asset: its workforce. Healthcare crises can have a huge impact on workforce planning and create the need to reallocate staff across units in the healthcare facility.
