TYPES OF GRASS AREAS AND THEIR ROLE IN PARK ARRANGEMENT

The unfavorable ecological situation in urban areas and the continuous reduction of green areas in urban areas can be partially solved by building parks and gardens with large lawns, which have a proven ecological, aesthetic and microclimatic role. The publication presents a brief description of different types of lawns that play an important role in landscaping. An analysis of their advantages and disadvantages in terms of construction and maintenance.
