Thе presented publication introduces modern approaches that are discussed and tested in the field of business evaluation of investments in the restaurant sector. The views of leading international and national experts in the field of business evaluation are discussed. The algorithm of the industry multipliers method for evaluation of the largest restaurant chain "Happy Bar & Grill" in Bulgaria is presented in detail.
