Abstract

Business negotiations and conversations are the main activity in the business environment through various forms. They discuss problems between directorates, departments, customers, traders and others. A business conversation is a communication between people who are authorized by their supervisors to solve a problem. Business conversations are everyday in the practical activities of employees and managers, a kind of negotiation of needs, interests and goals subordinated to the business. To be useful, you need to have a lot of knowledge, wide awareness and research on the topic of conversation, but the main prerequisites for success are: mandatory respect and tolerance for participants, sociability and goodwill, avoidance of contemptuous tone and scathing remarks. Business negotiations require prior organization, planning, specifying the time, place and preparation.
