Abstract

The study analyzes the current regulations on health management in Bulgarian and European law, as well as the practice of their application at the end of November 2019, in view of trends in Europe and the world. The main conclusion is that ethical and legal norms coexist in the Bulgarian health legislation. The acts of international organizations in the field of protection of human and patient rights play a decisive role in their differentiation, implementation and improvement.
