DETERMINING KEY COMPETENCIES AS A STARTING BASE OF THE COMPETENCE MODEL IN THE PROCESS OF SOCIAL ADAPTATION OF EXEMPTED MILITARIES FROM BULGARIAN ARMY

Abstract

Scientific study in the paper is directed towards determining key competences of exempted militaries from Bulgarian army and substantiating of a mathematical competence model for making estimations of those competences, and creation of a theoretical and practical algorithm for the application of the model.
