Abstract

In modern business environment, influenced by globalization and dynamic changes, often with negative effects and hiding a lot of risks to the economies of the countries, the financial system plays a key role in global and national economies. It is the one that, by stimulating economic growth, affects the economic performance of the participants, impacting economic well-being. The financial system makes possible a more efficient transfer of funds.
