Abstract
The informatization of public administration is a process requiring a lot of administrative capacity. The idea of establishing a complex system of indicators for evaluation of the development stage of e-governance in the Republic of Bulgaria and a methodology of its practical application is necessary. Good practices – index of the readiness of the world countries to use e-government, formed by the UN, and a system of indicators evaluating the development stage of e-government in the EU countries, can be also adapted in Bulgaria. This research paper is a step in this direction, as recommendations to law, court and executive authorities, as well as to the Bulgarian municipalities, are formulated based on the results.Downloads
