Training and development of personnel in agriculture are essential for the successful advancement of the sector in Bulgaria. The skills and knowledge of agricultural workers contribute to the efficiency of production processes, the adoption of innovations, and the sustainable management of resources. The government, in collaboration with educational institutions and organizations, actively works to create educational programs and opportunities for qualification and requalification. Agriculture is one of the most important sectors of Bulgaria’s economy, providing not only food and raw materials but also employment for a significant portion of the population, especially in rural areas. To ensure the sustainable development of agricultural production and the sector’s efficiency, it is crucial to invest in the training and development of the personnel working within it.References
