Business ethics determines the norms and rules of behavior in the team of the company, the firm, the enterprise. It can be defined as a system of ideals that every employee needs to achieve his goals, regardless of his place in the company's hierarchy. The norms and principles of business ethics are based on the perception of work as a moral value, and professional activity is considered not only as a source of income, but also as a way to strengthen feelings of human dignity.
