COMMUNICATION - BASIC VALUE IN MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES
Abstract
Regardless of the business profile or structure of each organization (legal entity), communication at all levels regulates all relationships grouped in internal communication channels (between departments, between employees, between employees and management, etc.) and external communication between the organization and partners (suppliers, customers, financial institutions, media, etc.). The image of each organization and the motivation of the work teams depends on the communication.
