Abstract

Communication is inextricably linked to human life. All forms of social activity are possible only due to the fact that people can interact, communicate, exchange intellectual and emotional content. People inform each other about different things, events, conditions. Human language is the means by which people organize their contact with the external environment. Through language, people learn about the experiences of other individuals. This experience can be preserved for future generations, for future use. Electronic communications enter with the development of technology and the Internet. New technologies have necessitated irreversible changes in business communications.
