Abstract

The effectiveness of an organization is determined by the knowledge, skills and competencies of its staff. The main factor ensuring its competitiveness is the training of these staff. This research describes the need for staff training in the organization as an inevitable reality. For this purpose, the types and stages of staff training are considered. There are also some key issues and real benefits of implementing it.
