CREATING COMFORT AT THE WORKPLACE AS A COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE OF THE BUSINESS ORGANIZATION ON LABOR MARKET

Abstract


Creating a work comfort should be a conscious and purposeful process that serves the right and inverse of the "worker-employer" system. Efficiency, quality, and sustainability in work relationships can be seen as a function of the efforts made to create an environment that saves the worker's psycho physiological status and contributes to his / her confidence, positiveness and dedication to the workplace. These processes should not be underestimated or chaotic, but constructive and basic and task for the managerial staff.
