SPECIFICITIES OF FINANCIAL RISK MANAGEMENT IN HEALTHCARE

Abstract


This paper examines the current problems and challenges facing risk management in healthcare. The main types of risk in the sector are identified and analyzed. Special attention is paid to the specifics of operational, clinical, strategic and financial risk management in hospitals. The emphasis is on creating a modern financial risk management system applying the Enterprise risk management approach and its advantages..
