ASPECTS OF CAPITAL SCHEMES IN BULGARIA
Abstract
Capital-financed funding does not reduce the cost of an aging population. If pensioners are thought to be involved in raising the overall standard of living, the proportion of their support will not change, regardless of how the pensions are financed. Reducing the costs of an aging population requires parametric reforms such as changes in retirement age.
