HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT OPERATIONAL PROGRAM 2021-2027: RESOURCES, NEEDS AND CAPACITY FOR IMPLEMENTING MEASURES IN THE TERRITORY OF TUTRAKAN - SLIVO POLE LOCAL INITIATIVE GROUP
Abstract
For the purposes of the present analysis, a desk study is a method of collecting and processing information from all possible sources about the problem under study. It is not subject to a predetermined framework and method, but entirely depends on the nature of the available documents.
In the present research/study, the so-called secondary analysis of empirical data and content analysis (content analysis) of the discovered documents that were used in the study.
The situation in Tutrakan Municipality and Slivo Pole Municipality was also objectively studied with the identification of the needs for social services, considered in the context of socio-economic problems, policies and measures for social inclusion of vulnerable communities and population groups in the municipality and the process of deinstitutionalization.
The real needs of social services for the risk groups have been assessed and should correspond both to the real opportunities and capacity of the local partners to provide the necessary services, as well as to the long-term trends in the development of the LAG territory.
