SYSTEM OF MARKETING INFORMATION IN BANKS – TRADITIONS AND INNOVATIONS

Abstract


In theory and in practice, it has been proven that the marketing activity is crucial for development, competitiveness and success of any institution. One of the elements of the strategic marketing management is precisely the system of marketing information. The aim of the studios is to find out, assimilate and analyse the elements in the system of the marketing information in the banks and on this basis to address the main issues in the activities of the Central Credit Register, the creation of private credit bureaus, and the usage of the bank outsourcing and as a new way of market research in banks.
