CAREER GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING
Abstract
Career guidance is an integral part of human resources management. It connects organizational goals with individual needs and creates conditions for long-term motivation and job satisfaction. This paper examines the theoretical foundations, stages and methods of career guidance and counseling, as well as their application in real organizational practice.
