CAREER DEVELOPMENT AS A MOTIVATION TOOL

Abstract


The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between career development and motivation, as well as to present the main tools and strategies through which companies can effectively stimulate the professional development of their staff. The theoretical foundations of career development, motivational models, as well as examples from the real business world that illustrate good practices and successful approaches are examined.
