CAREER DEVELOPMENT CONCEPTS AND PRACTICES
Abstract
Career development is a complex and dynamic process that requires the active participation of both the individual and the organization. Modern models and concepts show that a career does not develop linearly, but represents a flexible and multidirectional trajectory, shaped by personal qualities, organizational support and external factors. Career development becomes a continuous process of learning and adaptation, which is a key factor for the success of both the individual and the organization as a whole.
