Abstract

This paper addresses the problem of the influence of the Ego of the manager on the success of the organization. To argue for this influence, the self-concept itself must be examined. The report proposes a methodology for such research, which mainly advocates self-esteem and self-efficacy, relative to other personality variables, such as emotional stability, depression and optimism.
