Abstract

The CLLD strategy is successful when it is based on a real territorial analysis,
active partnership, clearly focused priorities and demonstrable added value for the local community.
A sustainable, economically active and socially inclusive rural territory, developed through the
active participation of the local community and the effective use of local resources. Linking the
SWOT analysis to the strategic objectives and priorities ensures the logical consistency of the
CLLD strategy and proves that the proposed measures stem directly from the real needs and
potential of the territory. This increases the quality of the LAG strategy. Businesses benefit from
CLLD through access to finance, improved infrastructure, qualified personnel, new markets and
opportunities for innovation, while actively participating in local development and the sustainable
use of resources.
