INNOVATIVE PEDAGOGICAL MODELS FOR DEVELOPING ENTREPRENEURIAL COMPETENCES IN SECONDARY EDUCATION

Abstract

The report examines innovative pedagogical models and methods for developing
entrepreneurial competencies in secondary education. The subject focuses on approaches that
encourage active student participation, practical orientation, and the formation of key skills for
adaptation and independent decision-making.
The methodology is based on a qualitative analysis of the learning process through the
application of project-based learning, case studies and role-playing games, interest clubs, and
integrated interdisciplinary approaches, complemented with examples from teaching practice. The
study observes how students identify ideas, plan resources, assess risks, make decisions, and present
results to the group. The analysis includes specific projects, such as school bazaars, role-playing
games in simulated companies, and participation in social innovation clubs, which allow for
assessing the development of critical thinking, teamwork, social engagement, and initiative.
The main results show that project-based learning effectively integrates theoretical
knowledge with practical actions, supporting the understanding of complex processes and project
management skills. Case studies and role-playing games stimulate decision-making under
uncertainty, develop communication and leadership skills, and promote analytical and systemic
thinking. Interest clubs provide opportunities for practical implementation and interaction with
external experts, encouraging social engagement, creativity, and student autonomy. The
interdisciplinary approach facilitates the application of knowledge from different subjects and
contributes to the development of strategic thinking.
The conclusions emphasize that these innovative models create conditions for the effective
development of entrepreneurial competencies, going beyond purely theoretical learning and
contributing to the formation of practical skills for adaptation in a dynamic and competitive
environment. Practical examples show that students develop not only critical thinking, teamwork,
and initiative, but also strategic planning skills, social responsibility, and participation in real
projects.
The report concludes that the implementation of innovative pedagogical practices in
secondary education not only enriches the learning process but also forms comprehensive
competencies in students, enabling them to handle complex and unpredictable situations. Creating a
school culture that supports entrepreneurial thinking and proactive behavior represents a strategic
resource for the future social and economic development of young people and society as a whole.
