THE EMISSIVE AND RECEPTIVE TOURIST MARKETS OF BULGARIA IN THE PERIOD 2019-2023

Abstract


The purpose of the study is to analyze the quantitative and structural changes in tourist flows to and from Bulgaria as an essential part of the characteristics of our outgoing and receptive tourist markets in the period 2019 - 2023. Information from authoritative international and Bulgarian sources was used, as well as results from previous research by the authors. Current trends in the development of Bulgarian inbound and outbound international tourism are outlined.
