Abstract


This report focuses on the specifics and features of risk management at the hospital facility level. The immanent risks, stages and processes in creating a modern risk management system in healthcare facilities are described in detail. The practical implementation of the system is illustrated by the impact probability matrix using real data of an anonymous health facility
