Abstract

In the Republic of Bulgaria, grain is considered an important aspect for guaranteeing national security and the livelihood of the population. Our country has very good conditions for the cultivation of various cereals such as wheat, barley, corn, rice and others. Bulgarian producers are highly dependent on world markets, due to the fact that the main part of the production goes for direct export. They are highly dependent on fluctuations in the grain market. This type of production is largely mechanized, producers have a high degree of technical security, which is favorable from the point of view of controlling production costs.
