Abstract

The article presents the main challenges for managers and specialists in human resources management in healthcare facilities in Bulgaria in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. It examines the reaction of healthcare professionals to the unprecedented global problem and the directors' approaches to tackling them. The question was raised about the excessive workload in the distribution of work responsibilities in times of crisis, the conflict situations that may arise and how a good manager would deal with them.
