Abstract

One of the most unique managerial challenges of teamwork is found in the role of team leader. He/she must do much of the traditional manager's job: to ensure that the work is correct and organized, that the team remains focused on the goal and does not go beyond the budget, and at the same time be able to persuade people to follow it in the implementation of common goals.
