Abstract

Career development is a process that unfolds throughout a person's life. It covers the professions, types of work and activities, as well as leisure activities that the person chooses. Personal decisions made in this process are influenced by family environment, family and school upbringing, religious orientation and other social factors. This paper addresses key issues related to career development, career counseling, influencing factors, and in particular the relationship with staff motivation in modern organizations.
