Abstract

In the last decade, it has become increasingly important to talk and discover strategies for creating a profitable work environment. In order to have more and more motivated staff, reputable companies believe that one of the biggest challenges is to attract and retain top talent. Studies show that companies that hire and retain motivated, committed and responsive employees are more successful than those that do not. Employees who feel engaged are more likely to work even harder for the good of the company because they see directly how their contribution affects its success. These employees are more productive, achieve high quality results. Thanks to their lower turnover rates, they even save their company the time and money needed to hire and train their deputies. In the presentation I will focus on important points that I think are important for training and motivating staff.
