OBJECTIVES AND TASKS OF DEVELOPMENT BANKS IN MODERN ECONOMY

Abstract

The publication addresses the question of the main goals and tasks of development banks in current conditions. Based on documents from world organizations, such as the UN, the World Bank, etc., the five objectives of national development banks are analyzed. In connection with the outline of the goals pursued by the development banks in the world, a parallel is drawn with the role of the Development Bank in Bulgaria, indicating some achievements during its existence.
