Abstract

Among the sources of funding in sports, sponsorship is not a small area. In the conditions of the market economy in Bulgaria, sports clubs are increasingly turning to financial support from business units that can devote some of their profits to support the development of sports activities. This publication provides a detailed overview of the forms of sponsorship and the reflection of the sponsorship on the development of sports and sporting events in the world and in Bulgaria.
