ATTESTATION AND ANALYSES OF THE WORK OF IT STAFF
Keywords:

In order to survive in the competitive struggle the modern IT company must dynamically change its objectives and structures as well as the direction of movement. This in turn leads to permanent changes in the qualification requirements for employees and their duties. With this goal it is necessary to develop a methodology and an instrument that allows and provide opportunities to measure the timely "adjustment" to dynamic changes, training systems and pay for labor. This article presents a methodology for assessing IT staff. The object of investigation are 68 IT specialists in three companies. The results show that the methodology is valid and reliable. The correlation analysis confirms the logical structure of the methodology. Statistically significant differences on the Stresses, Resources and Organizational Climate scales are identified by a dispersion analysis.References
