The management of human resources is one of the most important activities for the modern organization. The availability of human resources is an essential prerequisite by which organizations can develop. The object of the management of human resources in an organization are the people. They perform the set tasks and pursue the common goals of the organization. The people themselves are very important for the success and development of the organization. These are different people with different abilities, skills, interest, character, temperament, emotional events, needs, attitudes, values, culture, marital status, personal problems and destinies, collected in one place, united by the idea to achieve common goals and good results and thus to contribute to the development of the organization.References
