FRANCOPHONY AND THE FRENCH POSSESIONS AROUND THE WORLD

Abstract

The study examines the prerequisites for the emergence of the Francophony and the development of the French possessions in the world in the context of the development of geoeconomics as science. Member countries of the Francophony are described, and an analysis of cultural diversity and common values is made. The main conclusions are related to the impact of globalization in today's world and the problems of sustainable development.
