OPPORTUNITIES OF ESTABLISHING AN ACCOUNTING COMPANY
Abstract
The paper presents opportunities to establish an accounting company as a successful business through market analysis, identification of key features of the product which the company could offer and formulation of a marketing strategy. Outlining strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of such a business, the analyzes display the appropriateness of the idea, but also the need for the in-depth forecasting of financial and cash flows.
