POSSIBILITIES FOR WASTE WATER UTITLIZATION FROM CANNING INDUSTRY
Abstract
Waste waters from the different processing sectors (branch, activities) of the canning factories was investigated. It was established that the greatest organic pollution is a result of the production of frozen half-fried potatoes. The possibilities of reducing of the organic pollution by cultivating fungi of the genus Aspergillus and Trichoderma in the waste waters was studied.References
