USE OF EXPERT METHODS FOR RISK MANAGEMENT

Abstract


Risk management is an inevitable part of decision-making processes in any organization. The present article examines the use of expert methods as a main tool for assessing, identifying, and minimizing risks under conditions of uncertainty. The essence, types, and application of expert methods in different fields are presented, as well as their advantages and disadvantages.
