FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF SELF-ESTEEM IN STUDENTS OF PRIMARY AND UPPER SCHOOL AGE

Abstract

With the introduction of new technological tools and systems into people's everyday lives and public life and in connection with the information boom in the last two decades of the twentieth century, the problem of the essence and forms of computer-mediated communication has become relevant. Along with the enrichment of traditional communicative models, it is also a potential source of risks related to individual and social well-being.

Formation of a single universal language, understandable to all, minimizing possible differences in interpretation and preventing ambiguities. These are socio-psychological features of communication on the Internet.

Working on the Internet requires participants to have a different way of thinking in the process of communication than before; the formation of a virtual culture is a prerequisite for active inclusion in the virtual space.

Theoretical theses and experimental data direct attention in this paper to the study of indicators for the development of Internet addiction in children.
